ROSEMONT – An individual was taken into custody Thursday afternoon after a gunman was seen close to the Style Retailers of Chicago mall in suburban Rosemont.
Officers arrested the individual after somebody was seen displaying a handgun within the mall’s parking storage, in response to a tweet from Rosemont police.
Police stated at 3:20 p.m. that there isn’t any risk to the general public and the mall, situated at 5220 Style Retailers Method, stays open.
The incident stays beneath investigation, police stated.
