William F. Lodanosky, 82, of Lewistown, handed away at his residence on January 11, 2021. The second of 4 sons, he was born on October 14, 1938, to Joseph and Frances Lodanosky, of Mahanoy Metropolis, Pa.
Raised in Mahanoy Metropolis, Invoice graduated from Mahanoy Metropolis Excessive Faculty in 1956. He took nice delight in the truth that he had attended all eleven class reunions.
In highschool, Invoice was a member of the Navy Reserve, then from 1956 to 1958, he served within the U.S. Navy on the usGatling. A frequent golfer, Invoice was a member of the Lewistown Nation Membership for greater than forty years. He was a life member of the Mifflin County Historic Society, the Elks, and the Mifflin County Retired Academics Affiliation. He additionally belonged to the Lewistown Moose and, for a few years, was a fund raiser for the native chapter of the Nationwide Soccer Faculty Corridor of Fame.
Invoice can be survived by his brothers, Joseph (spouse Florence), of Denver, Pa., Frank (spouse Terry), of Lansdale, Pa., and Jerry, of Ephrata, Pa., and quite a few nieces and nephews.
Invoice was a person who gave life all he needed to give. When he was inquisitive about one thing, he radiated enthusiasm. This was evident in his friendships, his love for sports activities and particularly for Penn State, the Eagles and the Phillies, and his instructing. Most evident, although, was his love for his household and his church. He at all times fought the exhausting combat, however this time he had no combat left and succumbed to a myriad of well being points.
A Mass of Christian Burial service might be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, January 30, 2021, at Sacred Coronary heart of Jesus Catholic Church, 106 North Dorcas Avenue, Lewistown, with Father Jayaseelan Amalanathan officiating.
Non-public interment will happen at a later date at Juniata Memorial Park, Lewistown.
