The U.S. Park Police union Friday condemned “incorrect” narratives and “biased news experiences” criticizing officers’ actions amid the riot on the U.S. Capitol Wednesday.
Union officers claimed politicians from each events have used police as political pawns.
“It’s disheartening, to say the least, when our officers return dwelling to see inaccurate and biased information experiences that characteristic Members of Congress, from each political events, who proceed to make use of legislation enforcement officers as pawns within the political course of,” stated Kenneth Spencer, chairman of the U.S. Park Police Fraternal Order of Police, in a press release, in accordance with the Washington Examiner.
