BURLINGTON, MA — The monumental transportation and financial growth packages handed by the Massachusetts legislature early Wednesday morning included thousands and thousands in funding for infrastructure tasks in Burlington.
The $16.5 billion transportation invoice contains 2 tasks in Burlington:
- $2.468 million for roadway and sidewalk reconstruction and site visitors enhancements in Burlington
- $1 million for sidewalk development in Burlington
The $627 million financial growth invoice additionally funds two Burlington tasks:
- $1 million to help Bedford and Burlington in growing business area for the life science business
