BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — Indiana vast receiver Whop Philyor has formally declared for the NFL draft.
Philyor was a senior this previous season, however he had the prospect to return again since each NCAA athlete was given an additional 12 months of eligibility as a consequence of COVID-19.
