She was born Jan. 29, 1929, in Warren, a daughter of Louis Grinta of Fano, Italy and Rose Semeraro Grinta.
She graduated from Harding Excessive Faculty in 1948 and was then employed by Dr. Leon Schnur, a dentist in Warren. She labored and was educated as a dental assistant and progressed to workplace supervisor, along with her employment lasting over 40 years earlier than retiring in 1989.
On July 5, 1952, she married the love of her life, Robert Lenton of Campbell, at St. Mary Church in Warren. Two years after their marriage, they constructed their very own home in Austintown, raised their household, and in 1957, grew to become members of Immaculate Coronary heart of Mary Parish.
As a spouse and mom, she loved household summer time trip tenting journeys touring the japanese, northeast, midwest and southern United States and Canada. Her pursuits expanded to Saturday night time dancing, casinos and touring along with her husband to a lot of the 50 states. She cherished stitching, crafting and baking, and gained a number of ribbons on the Canfield Honest for her bread and rolls.
Vera is survived by her two sons, Theodore Lenton of Canfield and Thomas (Annette) Lenton of Boardman; a daughter, Julie (Craig) Anderson of Douglas, Mich.; and her sister-in-law, Ruth Grinta. She can be survived by seven grandchildren, Loren Perry, Nicole (Jacob) Daum, Matthew (Stacy) Lenton, Hillary (William) Sutton, Elly (Michael) Majoris, Beatrice Lenton and Kaitlyn Anderson; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in demise by her mother and father, and not too long ago, her husband, Robert, Nov. 20, 2020. Vera was additionally preceded in demise by her brother, William Grinta.
A Mass of Christian burial will likely be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 26, 2020, at Immaculate Coronary heart of Mary Church. Calling hours will likely be held on the church one hour previous to Mass.
