Swinburne lecturer appointed as MedTech Actuator Menzies Fellow
December: Senior lecturer within the Division of Laptop Science and Software program Engineering, Dr Chris McCarthy, has been appointed as a MedTech Actuator Menzies Fellow. The fellowship will present Dr McCarthy with tailor-made mentoring from commercialisation specialists and entry to the MedTech Actuator™.
As a part of his fellowship, Dr McCarthy will advance CueSleeve, a haptic coaching machine for enhancing hand-eye coordination in people with visible and neuro-cognitive impairments.
